Payment Methods
Information about the different payment methods:
Prepayment means you transfer the money to our account in advance. You will receive our bank details with the confirmation email, where you can transfer the due amount. We will ship your ordered items immediately after the payment is booked into our account. Please note that when paying by prepayment, we do not withdraw the invoice amount from your account. You must manually transfer the amount to our account.
2. PayPal
If you choose PayPal as your payment option, you will be redirected to the secure, SSL-encrypted PayPal website after submitting your order. Log in there with your PayPal credentials and confirm the payment to rocknshop.de. After successful payment, you will receive an automated confirmation email from PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account yet, you can create a new one and top it up via credit card, direct debit, or bank transfer. Paying with PayPal is, of course, free for you. 3. Credit Card
When paying by credit card, the amount is reserved on your card when you place your order and debited upon shipment of the goods. To pay, you need your card number, expiration date, the cardholder's name, and your card verification code. The card verification code is a security feature used by credit card companies to ensure that the card is physically present during the order. For VISA and Mastercard/Eurocard, you will find the 3-digit verification code printed on the back of your credit card. There is a long number, and the last three digits are the verification code.
4. Apple Pay
With Apple Pay, you can pay quickly and securely without entering your payment details manually. All you need is an Apple device with the Apple Pay feature enabled. Select Apple Pay at checkout, authenticate your payment using Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode, and your order will be processed immediately. Apple Pay uses a device-specific number and a unique transaction code, ensuring that your card number is never stored on our servers. Payment with Apple Pay is free of charge for you.
