The Southside festival takes place at the same time the Hurricane festival does. Is more or less the “twin” festival of the Hurricane in the south of Germany. Since eleven years more than 50.000 people are travelling into that small town called “Neuhausen ob Eck”. They turn that tiny village into a huge rocking stage for a few days. The program is similar to the “big sister” festival Hurricane. But it’s not just the program which is similar to the Hurricane festival – the festival merchandise is as cool as the Hurricane one. The hoodies, t-shirts for men and the girls-wear is counted among the must-haves.
