What are the charges for deliveries from our online shop?
For deliveries within the Federal Republic of Germany, the flat delivery charge currently amounts to EUR 3.95 per parcel. However, this flat delivery charge does not apply to orders with a value of EUR 75.00 or more.
For deliveries to all other countries within the EU, the flat delivery charge currently amounts to EUR 9.90 per parcel.
For deliveries to Switzerland, the flat delivery charge currently amounts to EUR 14.90 per parcel. Invoices are given without Swiss VAT. Any customs duties must be paid by the consumer.
For deliveries to all other Non-EU countries within Europe, the flat delivery charge currently amounts to EUR 19.90 per parcel.
For all other countries outside Europe, the flat delivery charge currently amounts to EUR 24.90 per parcel.
What is the minimum order value?
How can I redeem my voucher?
If you have received a voucher for an order in our online shop, you can easily redeem it with your next online order. If you continue with your order, you come to the so-called shopping cart view. On this page you can see the products you have already placed in the electronic shopping cart and check if your details are correct. On this page you may also enter your voucher code. By clicking on ‘OK’, the invoice amount is reduced by the value of the voucher. You can only redeem a single voucher code per order.
How long do deliveries take?
The delivery is done by us with the proviso that we ourselves are supplied properly and timely and are not responsible for the lack of availability. Unless otherwise agreed or otherwise indicated on the item page, we deliver - if in stock - within 2 days in Germany after receiving the payment for your order. Information on the delivery time is not binding, unless it was specifically and bindingly agreed upon. If regular delivery time can not be met, we automatically inform you by e-mail.
In addition, you will receive notification via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. We will deliver only once your order is fully ready for delivery.
What advantages do I gain from applying / registering for ‘My Customer Account’?
If you have already shopped in our online shop and set up an online customer account, you can log into the ‘Welcome back’ section with your customer name (email address) and the password sent to you. Here, you can view your last orders and directly select earmarked items again and place them in the electronic shopping cart. You also have the option to change your personal information. One of the advantages of your personal online account is that you do not have to reenter your address details again for further orders. However, for your protection, credit card information, for example, is not stored.
What can I do if I have forgotten my password for ‘My Customer Account’?
Forgotten your password? No problem! You can arrange for a new password to be sent to you by using the email address, with which you registered at our online shop, together with a superimposed security code. When registering at ‘Welcome back’, just click on ‘Password forgotten’. Now enter your email address for identification as well as the superimposed security code. Based on this information, you will be sent an email with a link to the email address specified by you at the time of registration. Please click on the link in the email. This takes you to a page in the online shop where you can enter a new password.
