The „big-sister“-festival “Rock am Ring” was actually planed as an unique event. But by reason that it got so successful over the years, the parallel-festival “Rock in Vienna” took place in Vienna in 1993. One year later the twin-festival was displaced to Munich under the name of “Rock in Riehm” so that the south of Germany was able to rock as well. The “Rock im Park”-festival has been established so well, that it has been sold out the first time in 2007. Nowadays over 60.000 fans from all over the world come to visit the festival and to have a great time. An important part of the festival is camping and barbequing at the festival ground and the feeling of freedom, unity and togetherness. To keep that feeling the whole year we have got cool merchandise t-shirts from Rock im Park 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011 at Rock N Shop.
